We had a blast at Azure and Eric’s engagement shoot a couple weeks ago. Azure had put a lot of thought into the style of the shoot and it’s no surprise since she is a photographer herself. Azure and Eric love to go camping and do lots of fun things outdoors, but also love what the city has to offer. We did some photos in beautiful natural settings and at the end we got access to the top of an apartment building overlooking the view of Milwaukee. It was a good mix of the things they love and it was perfect. Azure and Eric are getting married next month at Enchanted Barn in Hillsdale. We can’t wait to work with this super cool couple again! :)
Andrea and Patrick picked Andrea’s parents home for their engagement shoot. Her parents own a beautiful property and helped Andrea and Patrick build a cute little tent in their backyard for the session. They definitely put a lot of thought and love into this shoot and it totally paid off. I absolutely love the photos with the firefly jars! So magical :) And Andrea’s adorable suitcase with a Paris scene(which is where they will be honeymoon-ing after the wedding). I could have spent another hour shooting with them for sure! So much inspiration. I’m so looking forward to their 1920′s themed wedding this September!

What a perfect wedding this was. Andrea and Patrick picked the first day of autumn for their 1920′s vintage inspired Milwaukee wedding. The Wisconsin Club, which held their celebration, was the perfect venue for their vision as you can see in the photos. This may be my new favorite venue in Milwaukee! So many swoon-worthy details about this wedding including Andrea’s stunning gown, the fall inspired floral(with feathers!), the adorable flower girls & ring bearer, and the overall ambiance of the reception. It was a complete blast shooting this wedding and I’m so excited to show the photos and highlight video that Jonathan of Don’t Shout Films made. Congrats Andrea and Patrick!

Jenna & Dennis engagements – Milwaukee, Wisconsin wedding photographer
I’m a little behind on my blogging all the great weddings and engagement sessions we’ve been shooting recently. I have a few minutes today to post Dennis and Jenna’s engagement photos that we shot in Milwaukee last month. I just love the light, the color and of course the laughter in these pictures. Dennis and Jenna were so dang cute together. I just love how their pictures turned out! We’ll be shooting their wedding in less than 2 weeks from now! Super excited for that one :)
