I shot Theo and Megan’s portraits last winter. Thought it would be appropriate to post their chilly winter session, well, during a chilly part of the winter. We went to Madison to hang out with these two for an hour or so. We loved getting to know them. They are a beautiful couple indeed!
Shot these two love birds in Chicago for their engagements. The weather was good and bad. Unseasonably warm for November(65 degrees!) and threatening rain. Lucky for us the rain held off until the very end of our shoot. Oh how I love rain for photos. I think rainy photos are so utterly romantic and unexpected! Huge thanks to Jessie and Trevor for being such troopers in the rain and driving us around Chicago. We had so much fun!
Dreaming of summer
Can’t wait for the sunshine, soft green grass, fireflies and sweet summer nights. Wedding season is just around the corner!
All these images were shot on film. Yes, film! Can’t wait to use more film this summer for my 2013 couples :)
